The Form 1970-1979 was first printed in 1979 in an edition of 250 copies by Rustie Cook at the Fault Press, Union City, California. Now 25 years later, this 2nd edition, published by Burning Books in 2003, reproduces that earlier work. From the colophon: "During 1978 and 1979 Melody Sumner Carnahan sent out over 100 copies of the blank form with a brief note to friends, family, and artists she admired. Nearly everyone responded without knowing what, if anything, would be done with the completed forms." This book contains the forms as they were variously completed by 100 contributors, including Acconci, Baldessari, Cage, Higgins, Kostelanetz, Marioni, Ruscha, and Warhol. A conceptual-art compilation of the highest order.

This handsome and well written book is the work of Missouri's newest Senator, and former First Lady, Jean Carnahan. The stories collected here about both the Governor's Mansion and the first families of Missouri are a treat for all Missourians. This book would be a great gift for anyone who loves Missouri or is interested in Missouri politics or history. I have bought this book for several libraries in memory of the author's husband, the late Governor Mel Carnahan. The prose and photography included in the book are exceptionally well done.

This textbook is a very easy reading. The information in the textbook can be applied in the current business environment and definitely is worth taking to the workplace to use as a reference in reviewing or for providing recommendation in the throws of day to day business activities. The companies referenced in the text are companies which are in the business currently.

It's a great book that has a friendly feel to it. Everything is categorized and alphabatized. Categories ranged from Entertainment to Religion and Languages.

This is a great book, but the CD is what makes the package worthwhile (I rarely even look at the book anymore). The CD provides a user-friendly search engine that finds sites quickly and easily. The variety of web sites included is also very good. This Internet directory is vastly superior to any other I have used.

I was pleased to find a book about love without the saccharine illustrations that usually acompany such a topic. Julia Gran's art is fun, witty and wonderfully drawn throughout. She illustrates love with an edge. It was a perfect gift.
